Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Poriscar, we value your time and appreciate your trust in our doorstep car wash services. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve made our cancellation and rescheduling policy simple and customer-friendly.


Free Cancellation Window

You can cancel or reschedule your service at least 60 minuts before your scheduled appointment time at no cost.


Late Cancellations / No-Shows

If a cancellation is made less than 60 minutes before the scheduled time, or if our team arrives and the service cannot be completed due to customer unavailability:

  • The booking will be marked as a no-show

  • You may be charged a minimum visit fee

Late Cancellation Charges:

  • For Quick Wash
    and Phantom Clean
    , a cancellation fee of ₹60 will be deducted

  • For Premium Elite
    and Gold Class, a cancellation fee of ₹120 will be deducted

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.


How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your booking:

  • Message us directly on WhatsApp

  • Or use the contact form on our website

Please include:

  • Your Name

  • Booking ID

  • Phone Number


Refund Policy (If Applicable)

Since payments are made after service, no refund is typically required. However, if you pre-paid through a special promotion or bulk plan:

  • Refunds will be Credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days

  • You may contact us for support via WhatsApp


Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
