Welcome to Poriscar. By using our website or booking our car wash services via Website or WhatsApp, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Poriscar provides doorstep car cleaning and detailing services in all over India. Services can be booked through our website or via WhatsApp.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made through our website form or directly via WhatsApp.

  • Once a booking is made, our team will confirm the date and time via WhatsApp or phone.

  • Service slots are subject to availability.

  • Customers must provide accurate details, including address and vehicle type.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices start at ₹349 and vary based on the service selected.

  • Final charges will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.

  • Payment must be made Before the service is completed, via cash, UPI, or any other available method.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before your scheduled time without penalty.

  • Last-minute cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in service refusal in the future.

5. Service Limitations

  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to bad weather, safety concerns, or unavailability of staff.

  • We only operate within Kolkata city limits.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location.

6. Our Responsibilities

  • We bring our own water, power supply, and cleaning equipment.

  • Our professionals are trained and follow eco-friendly and safe cleaning practices.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damages or issues in the vehicle.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and unlocked if required.

  • Remove valuables from the car before service.

  • Report any dissatisfaction or damage immediately after service.

  • Customers must arrange a suitable space for the car wash, ensuring it is safe and accessible for our team to perform the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Poriscar. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Poriscar is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings inside the vehicle

  • Minor cosmetic issues not caused by our service

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

Subscription Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All subscription plans purchased on PorisCar are available on a prepaid basis only. Cash on Delivery (COD) or pay-after-service options are not available for subscription purchases.

At the time of purchasing a subscription, the customer must pay the full subscription amount in advance for the selected subscription duration. For example, if a customer purchases a multi-month subscription plan, the full amount for the selected period must be paid at the time of purchase.

If a customer chooses to cancel the subscription before the subscription period is completed, PorisCar will calculate the used portion of the subscription before processing any refund. The deduction may include:

  1. The number of days the subscription was active or used.

  2. The number of car wash services already used under the selected subscription plan.

  3. Any applicable service charges, payment gateway charges, discounts, offers, or benefits already used by the customer.

After deducting the used subscription value and applicable charges, the remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the customer.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund will be made to the original payment method or any other method approved by PorisCar.

PorisCar reserves the right to verify the customer’s subscription usage, service history, and payment details before approving any cancellation or refund request.

No refund will be provided for services that have already been completed, used, or scheduled and attended by the PorisCar team.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
